This might sound technical, but it’s crucial. The mold is like the “cookie cutter” for plastic and silicone parts. Most factories have to send this work out to other companies. That adds weeks (sometimes months) to your timeline and makes changes expensive.
We have our own mold shop with CNC machines. When you want to change a design – maybe make a mask seal softer or a fin blade longer – our engineers can adjust the mold right here. We can go from your idea to a physical sample in days, not months. This means you can test and improve products faster than your competitors.
2. We Hold Patents – You Can Build on Our Ideas
We have over 80+ patents for mask, snorkel, and fin designs in the US, Europe, China, and Russia. These aren’t just for show.

Our Full-Face Masks (like the M61032): We built in a 180° panoramic view and special air in & out structure because customers were tired of narrow vision and fogging.
Our Snorkels (like the foldable SN6022): We made it foldable because travelers told us regular snorkels are too bulky for suitcases.
Our Fins (like the F6041): We combined stiff plastic for power with soft rubber for comfort because divers wanted both performance and comfort.
